HTC J Butterfly, First phone with a 5 inch full 1080p Display

HTC has made it to the worlds first record when it comes to the display matrix with the new HTC J Butterfly. Smart Phone Manufacture continue to launch Phablet phones in against Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 competitor and the latest one to bite the dust is HTC J Butterfly HTL21. Launched in the phablet phone category it’s the first HTC large screen display smart phone. HTC J will be launched via KDDI in Japan only right not but soon it will be launched other countries as well but HTC didn’t pointed out that.

HTC J Butterfly HTL21 will be a high end smart phone coming out with 4G Lite connectivity which provides faster download and upload speed. Going through the display screen technology adopted, it will see the 5 inches capacitive touchscreen display providing 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution standing at 440 ppi pixel density (not many devices achieves these pixel density) and this suggest that the screen is better than what you see on Galaxy Note 2 device. The screen is further protected for any scratches or normal wear and tears thanks to Corning Gorilla Glass display 2 protection.

It will be powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon quad core processor clocked at 1.5 Ghz providing quicker response time and in addition 2 GB RAM ensure you get no lag during multi-tasking. It will be with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system by Google pre-installed on the device and HTC have used the HTC Sense 4.1 customization over it which provides traditional HTC environment. The device includes 8 Mega Pixel Camera on the rear side providing the 1080p HD video recording capabilities along with better image capabilities. HTC ImageSense is loaded with beautiful features like Burst Image capture and other functionalities provides digital touch to whatever photos you take off the camera. The device will see 2 mega pixel front facing camera which can be used for the face to face video chat and web conferences during the Google Hangouts.

HTC is also a member of the Open Handset Alliance, a group of handset manufacturers and mobile network operators dedicated to the advancement of the Android mobile device platform. The HTC Dream, marketed by T-Mobile in many countries as the T-Mobile G1 or Era G1 in Poland, was the first phone on the market to use the Android mobile device platform.

HTC J will be available in white, black, or bright red and available in Japan on the KDDI network in December. There is no word whether this will arrive for United Kingdom or United States but reports points out that this could be one of the five Nexus devices schedule for release before Christmas this year.
