Sachin tendulkar Shows How To Win the race With the BMW X1 Series

German luxury carmakers, BMW have released a video showing Sachin Tendulkar driving the soon to be launched BMW 1 Series along with FIA GTI driver Armaan Ebrahim. In the video you get to see the cricket master blaster in blistering form, but instead of a cricket field, this time he shows finesse on the track.

Recently BMW Lost its Charm Infront Of Newly Launched Mercedes  A- Class, Its Helps Mercedes To Grow Its Sales. Now Its Time For a BMW To Get The Charm Back With Its BMW 1 Series Car.
The Mercedes-Benz A-Class has received 400 bookings in India, which has sent a wake up call to BMW. The Bavarian automaker has woken up and how. BMW has started a pre-launch marketing campaign for their upcoming 1-Series which was expected to go on sale in September and Launch In August.

The German automaker will market the 1-Series as a premium fun to drive hatchback which will be priced quite aggressively. Unlike the A-Class and V40, the 1-Series will be locally assembled in India, thereby giving BMW a significant price advantage. While the 1-Series is slightly shorter than the above mentioned vehicles, the Bimmer is more focussed on driving pleasure than space inside the cabin.

BMW 1 Series will be assembled at company plant in Chennai, where 3 Series, 5 Series and 7 Series sedans are also assembled along with X1 and X3 diesel. Assembling 1 Series in India will allow BMW to take advantage of lower import duties as compared to the one’s levied on CBUs. Thanks to this move, pricing of 1 Series, might be lower than that of A Class and B Class, which are sold as CBUs. 1 Series for India will come in petrol 1.6l 136 hp 116i and diesel 2.0l 143 hp 118d, this means they will also be more powerful than Mercedes Benz offerings.

Though it is the smallest and most compact BMW to date, it will offer comfortable cabin space for four adults with boot space of 360 liters. Like every BMW, this one too is rich on features and performance. Scan through the European press release of 1 Series for more information. And if you find the car interesting, then bookings have already begun in India. Pre booking orders have commenced and first 100 customers will be offered a complementary feature in the form of BMW Service Inclusive Plus maintenance package. Until the time you get hands on your own 1 Series, watch Sachin having fun in the video Above.
