In Real: Lenovo Vibe X with 5 Inch Full HD Screen, 1.5 Ghz Processor & 13MP camera will be Launch For Rs 25,999

Over the last couple of months Lenovo has been launching smartphones at regular intervals. Yesterday it was the turn of Lenovo Vibe X, which has been launched for Rs 25,999 and will be available from 21 December. Lenovo has been betting big in the smartphone market in India, which it believes, has scope for a wide variety of smartphones ranging from lower-end to premium segments.

The smartphone has a premium polycarbonate body and an advanced mold, laser-engraved 3D tactile finish. One of the highlights of the device is its super thin frame measuring 6.9mm. It weighs 121 grams. Beautiful to look at and hold, the Lenovo Vibe X is one of the slimmest premium smartphones available.

Lenovo Vibe X has a plastic body, but what differentiates it from other phones in the market is its textured back, which has a laser-etched pattern. Also, one will notice a chrome-colored plastic line around the sides of the smartphone.

Lenovo launched the Vibe X in September at IFA this year. The Vibe X sports a 5-inch full-HD display that has a resolution of 1080x1920 pixels and a pixel density of 440ppi Plus, in-plane switching (IPS) display allows for nearly 180-degrees of wide-angle viewing, sitting under a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 screen bevelled at the edges. The phone is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek (MTK 6589T) processor, has 2GB of RAM, and offers 16GB of inbuilt storage

The Vibe X makes you centre of attention with its 5 megapixel front camera with an 84° wide angle lens for high quality self shots and amazing video chat. You can also capture sensational images, even in low-light conditions, with a 13 megapixel rear camera with BSI sensor, and take 1080p HD videos.

Other features are 3G (HSPA+ 21Mbps), Wi-Fi (b/g/n) + hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, FM radio and GPS with A-GPS support. There is light, gravity, proximity and magnetic sensors. The Li-po battery is of 2000 mAh capacity, battery is non-removable.

The Vibe X will be up against the likes of Gionee Elife E6 which also comes with a similar display, as well as processor and software features and is priced slightly cheaper for Rs 22,999 in India. The biggest competitor for Vibe x will be Micromax canvas Turbo which comes with same specification but with Less prices.
