Fly Mobile launched Qik+ with 5inch HD Display, Octa-Core processor & 13Mp camera at Rs 6,999

Where Lenovo A6000 is going on & on, stepping towards success without any competitor but then suddenly a barrier comes up in the Shape of Fly Qik+ that does have the ability to Stop Lenovo from stepping towards Success. UK based mobile manufacturer, Fly Mobiles, has launched three smartphones in India- the Qik, Qik+, and the Snap were Qik+ feature made it out of the World

While the Snap is an entry-level Fly smartphone, the other two from the Qik series have more or less same features with the major differences in their screen size and battery.

Qik+, sports a 5-inch HD IPS OGS display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels. The display will fails to impress at colour reproduction but impress more in viewing angles. It is powered by 1.7GHz Octacore processor and Mali 450 GPU along with 1GB RAM on board. The Fly Qik+ comes with an internal storage of 8 GB which can be expandable up to 32 GB.

The Fly Qik is armed with a 5 megapixel front camera and a 13 megapixel auto focus rear camera with flash. The sensor captures bright images with fair details  

Given at this price, the phone has a decent build quality and looks pleasing to eyes. Its curved edged and slim profile about 7.9mm makes the phone comfortable in hands. The phone currently runs Android 4.4.2 OS, but Rahul Goel, president, Fly Mobiles, in an interview said the company will roll out Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the phone in next three months.

The dual SIM phone is powered by a 2200mAh battery, and it is exclusively available at Snapdeal at price Rs. 6,999. The Fly Qik+ comes in two colours - Silver Grey and Russian Red

Where else its brother Qik, features a 4.5-inch FWVGA IPS OGS display with a resolution of 854x480 pixels. This device is clocked at 1.7GHz Octacore processor and Mali 450 GPU along with 1GB RAM. 

Moving to the imaging factor, it comes with 8MP AF rear camera with flash, 5MP front camera for selfies and video conferencing.  Qik has 8GB of internal storage, and also expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot. This device is supported by Android KitKat 4.4.2 out of the box and juiced by a 2000mAh battery under the hood. Qik can be exclusively availed on e-commerce Snapdeal at a price of Rs. 5,999.
