India and New Zealand would win extra Prize Money if they Win ICC World Cup

The Cricket fever is all over the world as soon as ICC World Cup 2015 started and now its gone at par after 8 team qualified for Quarter Final including 4 Asian Team. Now all the Matches will convert into Knockout Rounds so it’s a do or die situation for all the team But there is a Twist for Two Team that are India & New Zealand…..  

A total prize money of $11.5 million will be available, which is more than 20 per cent over the World Cup 2011 that took place in India, South Africa and Bangladesh. The 2011 edition won by India had prize money of $9.2 million.

The ICC World Cup 2015 has been nearing its end and it has been revealed that the winners will take home a whopping $4.3 million from $11.5million as their prize money. The prize money would rise to $4.6 million if the team remains unbeaten in the tournament. So if either India or New Zealand manages to win the World Cup, the winner will be pocketing $4.6 million. 

The team which loses the finals on March at Melbourne will pocket $2 million while the two losing semi-finalists will each get $692,000. The four losing quarter-finalists will receive $346,000 each while the winners of each group match will get $52,000. All six teams eliminated from the first stage will get $40,000 apiece.

Indian team has performed tremendously thought out the World Cup winning all the play off and reaching Quarter Final Undefeated and we hope they will continue their form as well as winning stroke in the Knockout Round also.
