All the Rumors & Buzzing Bell has Finally stopped as the OnePlus 2, the self-dubbed “2016 flagship killer” has arrived, and we’re here to tell you all about it. The OnePlus 2’s specs should please a lot of people, even with some broken chains which should be easily engraved in OnePlus Two. At first glance, the OnePlus 2 does bear some similarities to the OPO, mainly in the shape but also somewhat in its size.

One Plus 2, built quality is very good with a Magnesium Aluminium alloy frame running around the phone, that gave it a classy look. It has polished steel buttons, and you can customize your Home and Back buttons to your liking and a removable back cover that can be swapped with what OnePlus calls are StyleSwap covers.

OnePlus Two flaunts a 5.5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) In-Cell display and a really bright screen that allows you to use your phone in the brightest of sunlight, the display of the OnePlus 2 will surely not disappoint. One can reduce the brightness with the Dark Mode option too.

It is is powered by a Snapdragon 810 v2.1 processor paired with 4GB of RAM. As it had previously revealed OnePlus has worked closely with Qualcomm’s engineers to optimize the SoC for performance and also overcome its heating issues. The makers of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 claim that this is “the most advanced chip they have ever made.” Naturally then, this has to be fitted onto the most advanced phones of its time.

While Everyone’s expectation from OnePlus two in Camera Department is very High, which we thing OnePlus Two has managed to stand on everyone’s Expectations.  It has a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera that makes picture taking, easy and crystal clear. One very important addition to the camera is OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) that allows you to take pictures despite having a shaky hand as its focus point becomes strong. The camera is also fitted with a Laser Focus System that scans the screen for the perfect focal point and also takes less than 0.3 seconds to shift the focus point, without causing a blur.  

The phone is supported by OxygenOS that isn’t purely Android and carries some minor changes. With additional features like Dark Mode, Customisable LED options, you can control your apps with the notifications you want and silence the ones you don’t want to be bothered by too. It also has a newly embedded Camera app that includes the slow motion option, while the Interference looks to be inspired by their previous partner Cyanogen

As promised there is a USB Type-C port at the bottom, and an interesting slider button on the left, which the company calls ‘Alert Slider’. This button essentially lets users toggle between the kind of notifications you want at any particular moment. Up front, sitting under the screen is a home button with a fingerprint scanner integrated. OnePlus says that this is one of most advanced scanners out there, and is much faster the iPhones’ TouchID sensors.

The flagship also features 64GB internal storage, a 3,300mAh battery, and connectivity options like dual-SIM card slots, LTE support on both SIM cards, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. On the software front, it runs on Android Lollipop-based Oxygen OS.

The smartphone is priced at $329 and $389 for the 16GB and 64GB variants respectively. These prices roughly translate to Rs 21,120, and Rs 24,970. it will go on sale in select countries, including India, on August 11.
