Next OnePlus Smartphone will be Specially Designed for Indian Market

OnePlus 2 didn’t left the charm on Indian people like
OnePlus One did that because of irritating Invite System and this time its more
Difficult to get it on time but thing is going to change soon as OnePlus
planing to enter affordable segment that to specially for India.

OnePlus are hoping to make India one of the most important
markets for the company. In this year India has contributed about 40% of market
share and to sustain this growth company is planning to Introduce low cost
segment Smartphone to be price between Rs 12,000 to Rs 20,000 ($180 – $300)

OnePlus India GM Vikas Agarwal as saying that the device is
going to be released before the end of the year. The executive adds that while
it will be a global release, the phone will be focused on Indian consumers.
Agarwal also said that it would be a lifestyle and fashion
product, and would not be considered a flagship phone. So it going to be a
phone made for those who appreciate design over specs more.

Agarwal said that next year, OnePlus will open its own
online sales “portal” in India that will sell OnePlus phones without
an invitation. Currently, OnePlus has an online portal that redirects consumers
to Amazon and Flipkart, where the OnePlus 2 can be purchased with an
invitation. The benefit that Indian buyers will get Indian OnePlus fans
could receive invites ahead of other global markets. The Global launch could
take place in India itself giving more importance to Indian Market

According to the leaked benchmark results, the OnePlus Mini runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and is powered by a MediaTek MT6795T processor with PowerVR G6200 GPU and 2GB of RAM. There is no word on the display size though the full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) screen resolution can be seen in the leaked AnTuTu benchmark. There is 32GB inbuilt storage; but no word on expandable storage.
