Google's Pixel could be the first to equip with Snapdragon 821 CPUs in US but comes with hefty price tag

As Google Pixel Launch date is coming nearer, new information & leak emerging from reliable sources in no time. The newest information regarding Google's Pixel phones comes very good for US buyer’s perspectives.

The New information suggests that they might be the first smartphones in the United States to pack Qualcomm's Snapdragon 821 processors.

According to AndroidPolice's David Ruddock, “The Pixels will be the first US devices with Snapdragon 821 by a long shot,” he added. Up until now, all previous reports pointed out that both Pixel smartphones will come equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processors and 4GB of RAM.

The Report from David Ruddock of Android Police also suggests, the Google Pixel XL will be priced at $649 at launch, although it is not clear which version will cost that. The pricing choice is between 32GB & 128GB. Ruddock also says that Google will offer some sort of device financing for the new phones as well, but not much is known.

While there is no word currently on pricing for the Google Pixel, but we would bet on it being cheaper than the XL. Well, its look like here Google is preparing to compete with Apple recent launch iPhone 7 which is priced at $649 for the 32 GB model, $749 for the 128 GB one, and $849 for the 256 GB version.

Other highlights of the Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones include 12-megapixel rear-cameras, as well as 5-inch 1080p and 5.5-inch Quad HD display, respectively and latest Android 7.1 Nougat right out of the box. What do you think about this rumored price? Share it in our comment box.
