Reliance Jio’s data plans leaked and confirms the 90 Days Validity

Reliance Jio can possibly be a game changer with its
lucrative offers and price. As we have already covered Reliance Jio offers and services in our previous article, now we came much closer to the reality with
the new leak recently commenced online.
According to Reliance Jio Video, plans will be divided into
two categories- one for users with 4G enabled smartphones and another for 3G
users in the country. Reliance Jio LTE offerings will include VoLTE, Mi-Fi
devices, routers and smartphones.
The ‘Prepaid’ data plans include a JioFi Combo plan, which
shows 75GB of 4G data with 90 days validity and a HD Voice Combo plan offering
75GB of data, 4500 minutes of talktime, 9,000 SMS with 90 days of validity. The
pricing, however, is not revealed in the screenshots but it should be and it
will be available for Rs 200.
According to a recent report, Reliance Jio is also likely to
offer 40GB of data with validity 90 days. This suggests, Reliance Jio data
plans may be available between 40GB and 75GB with three months of validity.

According to reports, Reliance Jio 4G basic tariff for local
and STD calls will start at 2p per second, Re 1 per SMS and international texts
at Rs 5. 4G mobile data would be priced at 0.5p per 10KB, which is roughly Rs 0.5
per MB whereas video calls will cost 5p per second.
If we compare it with other companies currently offer
4p/10KB while jio is offering 0.5p/10KB which is 8 times lesser. At this rate
if we calculate, 1GB costs only Rs500 while it costs Rs4000 in other companies
without datapack. It may also launch a family and friends basic and gold plan
for Rs 37 and Rs 38.
The video emphasizes on Reliance Jio’s preloaded
applications — JioPlay, Jio-on-Demand, JioBeats, JioMags, JioNews, JioDrive and
JioExpressnews. These services are likely to be subscription based and likely
to be free for the first 90 days. Also, these could be available as standalone
applications for the iOS and Android platforms.
