PROCESSOR: Mostly People will get confuse in this that Why Xiaomi downgraded the Redmi Note 4 to 625 SoC from 650 SoC on the Redmi Note 3, but this is a Smart Move from Xiaomi as actual performance could well be on-par, if not better, thanks to the 14nm fabrication process, more cores and higher clock speed of the Snapdragon 625 SoC (as shown in the graph). The Redmi Note 4’s Snapdragon 625 SoC is an octa-core chipset with eight ARM Cortex A53 cores clocked at 2GHz, while the Snapdragon 650 is a hexa-core chipset with four ARM Cortex A53 cores and two Cortex A72 cores clocked at up to 1.8GHz.

The Snapdragon 625 SoC is a popular option, also present on the Lenovo P2 and Moto Z Play, both of which are priced higher than the Redmi Note 4. The new SoC offers performance that is on par with that of the Snapdragon 650, but with much better battery life and power efficiency.

The phone will be available in three variants: 2GB RAM with 32GB storage for INR 9,999 ($146), 3GB RAM with 32GB storage for INR 10,999 ($161), and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage for INR 12,999 ($190).

Which one is better? Or As a Redmi Note 3 owner should you upgrade to New Redmi Note 4 or not?

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, retains same charm and style like the Redmi Note 3 Honestly, doesn’t seem like much of a change from the Redmi Note 3. The Differences are minor while the key aspects such as the screen, build quality and general styling remains largely unchanged. If you are looking for Brand New Smartphone with very good battery back-up and good camera features at a Budget price then there is no looking back and your next choice should be the Redmi Note 4 as the phone retains the same positioning and pricing, Xiaomi has Smartly made changes underneath it according to the 2017 levels. Both are equally better in the performance but Redmi Note 4 has a slightly plus point with Boost up Ram and Internal Memory and slightly upgraded camera quality as you can see it below.

If you are a Redmi Note 3 owner then don’t think of upgrading to Redmi Note 4 as we see there are many holes to be filled in new Note 4, though it is a very good Smartphone looking at the price but still it doesn’t stand on our expectation as there are some places left by Xiaomi and fulfilling those things can turn Redmi Note 4 into a masterpiece, if Xiaomi has added the Dual-camera at the back, OLED Display on the front. Other than this Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 represents excellent value for money device and once again Xiaomi didn’t disappoint us in the pricing.
