White Samsung Galaxy S8 leaked along with New Details

Samsung is all set to unveil the Galaxy S8 at its Unpacked event on March 29. With less than a month left to the event and the leaks are flowing like a tidal wave on the Internet and on that note, we met another Samsung Galaxy S8 leak and this time in White not black, I mean to say this time images of white Samsung Galaxy S8 has emerged.

Along with the images, new leaks also reveal new information about the Galaxy S8’s display, the different variants, and a possible pre-order date. The near bezel-less display is again seen in the White version of Galaxy S8.

The Phone’s display corners will be curved, similar to the ones on the LG G6, and as you can see, very thin black bars are present around the display. Speaking of the display, we’re looking at a slightly curved panel here, the display will be curved on its sides, though it seems like it will be less curved than the Galaxy S7 Edge’s panel.

At the bottom gone is the physical home button, and the device instead seems to come with on-screen navigation buttons. As for the fingerprint sensor, it is placed at the back adjacent to the camera.

The Galaxy S8 that could boast an aspect ration of 18:9 according to filed a patent with the USPTO for the term ‘Infinity Display’.  In other words, this could be Samsung’s version of the FullVision Display, same as LG G6. The Galaxy S8 is rumored to sport a 5.8-inch QHD Super AMOLED display, while its ‘Plus’ variant will ship with a 6.2-inch panel. The Galaxy S8 will be fueled by the Snapdragon 835 in some regions, while for other regions Exynos 8895 SoC would take care of it.

The rest of the rumored specifications include 4GB of RAM, 64GB/128GB storage options, microSD card slot, 12-megapixel Dual-Pixel rear camera along with LED flash, and an 8-megapixel auto-focus selfie camera. Apart from a fingerprint sensor, Samsung’s smartphones are also expected to feature an iris scanner for an extra layer of security. On the software front, both models are likely to run on Android 7.1 Nougat out-of-the-box with a layer of TouchWiz UI on top

As per reports, pre-orders for the upcoming smartphones are expected to kick off on April 10. According to reports, the Galaxy S8 will go on sale globally around April 21.
