Nokia 8 accidentally listed on company’s website ahead of its launch to be priced fairly less than other competitors
HMD Global is preparing to launch the first flagship device “Nokia 8” that could happen very soon as the first official picture of Nokia 8 has been listed on the website mistakenly. The image on the page looked exactly what leaked in the renders so far.
The listing, however, was taken down later. The Nokia 8 comes with big bezels on top and bottom, front comprises of capacitive touch button and a fingerprint scanner embedded button.
The Nokia 8 should come with a 5.3-inch QHD touch-screen with 2.5D curved glass on top and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset with 4GB and 6GB of Ram. It is also expected to come with 64GB of onboard storage along via a microSD card slot for further expansion.
The 13MP dual camera setup for each will be Carl Zeiss branded, laser auto-focus module and a LED flash all fixed in a cylindrical space and 8MP front camera.
Nokia 8 could come with USB Type-C port, 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, and GPS. The smartphone is likely to support Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging technology, on the software front, the smartphone is likely to run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box.
According to a report, the pricing of the Nokia 8 is said to be 589 Euros, which is approximately Rs 44,000 or about $657 US Dollars. It could be launch tomorrow if we go by the date specified on the shown on the phone’s lock screen or otherwise July 31 is the date we are waiting for.
