Xiaomi Mi 5X is now officially launched in China with Dual Camera, Snapdragon 625 & runs on MIUI 9
Xiaomi has officially launched the Mi 5X along with MIUI 9 and making the Mi 5X the first device to get the taste of MIUI 9 before anybody else does. Surprisingly, they launched Mi 5X with the pocket-friendly price tag and made everybody excited for it to gets their Hands on it.
The Highlights of Mi 5X is its Top notch design on metal body and its Dual Camera. The mid-range device sports a 5.5-inch Full HD 1080p display. It is powered a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor backed by 4GB of RAM while there is 64GB of storage onboard the smartphone same as Redmi Note 4.
If you talk about Camera power, it is similar in configuration to that of the Mi 6 which means 12MP + 12MP telephoto lens same as Mi 6. It also features a similar 2X lossless zoom and a Portrait mode. We are not sure if the camera is as powerful as MI 6 because of the differences in the chipset. Mi 6 is powered by SoC 835 chipset.
There is equally a massive 3,080mAh battery crammed in with 5V/2A fast charging. As we already told you Mi 5X runs on Xiaomi’s latest MIUI 9 launched at the same event. There is also a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor on the Mi 5X.
The Mi 5X is designed specially to snatch the sales from OPPO and Vivo in the mid-range segment, thus it requires a special pricing which is just Rs 15,000 ($220) to be available in Black, Gold and Rose Pink colour variants The device will go on sale in China in the coming weeks no words about India launch.
