Google Pixel 2 To Have Regularly Sized Bezels and front firing dual speaker
Once again the Google Pixel 2 is making headlines due to its latest leak by Venture Beat, which shows device way different in the previously leaked renders unlike the thin bezel its show big bezels on the top and bottom of Pixel 2.
While the larger, 6-inch Pixel XL 2 is said to have thin bezels which are made by LG, The Smaller Pixel 2 will reportedly be produced by HTC and the picture also shows dual speakers on the front, which has been especially demanded by all Nexus fans something that older HTC flagships have gotten us used to.
Venture Beat further reports that, as rumored, the Pixel 2017 family will not have 3.5mm headset jacks. The Google Pixel 2 may sport a 5-inch screen, thus being about as large as the Pixel from 2016. Other features could include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 836 processor, and at least 4 GB of RAM.
The company is still said to equip the Pixel 2 with a pressure-sensitive frame that’s virtually identical to the Edge Sense technology implemented into the HTC U11. Obviously, both the handsets would run Android O 8.0 out of the box.
The Pixel 2 lineup is still several months away from being launched and Google likely won’t introduce it before early October, i.e. around the same period when it debuted the original Pixel and Pixel XL last year.
