Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is rumored to equipped with Full Vision 18:9 Display and Dual camera for the first time in Redmi series
If we look at the latest trend it’s all about the Full Vision Display from Galaxy Note 8 to LG G6 they all are about the 18:9 displays even the player like Micromax has introduced Canvas Infinity the 18:9 Display Smartphone in budget segment then why would Xiaomi lags behind which originally have started this war with Mi Mix.
As per the reports coming out from China, Xiaomi in talks with JDI and Tianma domestic screen manufacturer for the supply of Full-Screen Display for upcoming Redmi series phone. One representative of the domestic screen manufacturer revealed that the company is making 18:9 displays which are expected to appear in a new generation Redmi phone.
Although, he didn’t mention which of the Redmi phone will flaunt the 18:9 Display? But our close guess would be Redmi Note 5 or the Next Redmi Note 6. The Redmi Note 5 is rumored to come with Snapdragon 630 along with 4GB Ram and 64GB Internal storage.
As per the photography, it will come with Dual rear cameras -16-megapixel main camera accompanied by a 5-megapixel camera with F2.0 aperture, Sony IMX234 sensor, the same sensor is also clocking in LG G5. On the front, It is expected to come with a new 12-megapixel camera
It will be equipped with 4000 mAh battery capacity with Quick charge 3.0 support, running on Android Nougat on the top of MIUI 9 skin. The pricing will start from Rs 12,000 ($185)
One more thing that makes the Redmi Note 5 a suitable contender for the 18:9 Full-Screen display is that the leaks for the Redmi Note 5 yet didn’t start to float on internet compared to previous year as the manufacturing of Redmi Note 5 still didn’t start, as it may be released much later on as to get supply for the new 18:9 displays.
