Google may be working on Affordable Pixel with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset
Google could be secretly working on a mid-range Google Pixel behind the door, which will be powered by the recently launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 which promises to offer flagship-like performance at a more affordable price.
Roland Quandt from WinFuture revealed this information on his Twitter account. It is also expected to launch in the first quarter of 2019. It has certainly become most interesting device after Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL devices.
Well, this can bring the old days back when the Google phone was much affordable where the company was known to offer flagship-like specifications in their Nexus lineup at mid-range prices. Currently, the Pixel series Smartphone prices are the setback or a major obstacle for people who are interesting to use the Pixel lineup.
The mid-range Pixel device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 promises to offer flagship-like performance at a more affordable price and have a very good Gaming capability. Also with the new mid-range Pixel device people will get timely Android update from Google.
There are no details about its pricing although it can be priced between Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000 ($250-$400)
