Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 to come with AI face recognition tech and upto 6GB of RAM

Xiaomi is gearing to launch the 4th generation Mi Pad alongside the Redmi 6 Pro on June 25. Although Xiaomi didn’t launch Mi Pad successor in India after the flopped sale of 1st Generation Mi Pad. While in China the Mi Pad Generation now reaches to 4th Mi Pad specs has already leaked online. The latest leak reveals the Mi Pad 4’s design featuring fairly thin bezels and its price.

Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 will be a reasonably compact tablet with 8-inch Full HD screen and 16:10 aspect ratio. It could be powered by Snapdragon 660 chipset along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage while slightly higher version will come with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage along with LTE Version.




As per the Camera, it comes equipped with a 13MP Primary camera and 5MP front camera. You’ll also get AI-aided face recognition feature with the front camera.

It will be powered by a 6,000mAh battery with support for 5V/2A charging and ships with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. The pricing start from Rs 1499 ($230) for 4GB RAM (Wifi only) Variants and 6GB RAM (LTE + Wifi) Variants) to be priced at Rs 20,000 ($308)
