OnePlus has launched the successor of the OnePlus 6 in New York, Yes we are here talking about the new OnePlus 6T that comes with new feature like In-display Fingerprint Sensor, big battery and more. Apart from this, OnePlus partners with T-Mobile and Qualcomm for the 6T release in the US.

The new flagship from OnePlus feature 6.41-inch display with a resolution of 2340 by 1080 pixels (402ppi) at 19:9 aspect ratios. Meanwhile, the company is busy promoting the latest OnePlus 6T as a new way to unlock the phone that’s because it comes with the new in-Display fingerprint scanner. The reader also can be used for Android Pay transactions worldwide.

The OnePlus 6T flagship features a new dew drop design which the company calls it the ‘Smaller Notch’ which is similar to Oppo’s R17. With OnePlus 6T the company has finally ditched the 3.5mm headphone jack, although the company now provides a USB Type-C to 3.5mm adapter in the box.

The new flagship device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 SoC and Adreno 630 GPU. The phone comes in 6GB/8GB and 128GB/256GB storage variants which are same as OnePlus 6. Its runs upon Android 9.0 with latest Oxygen OS.

The OnePlus 6T is now backed by a slightly bigger 3700mAh battery compared to the OnePlus 6, which featured a 3300mAh battery. It supports Fast Charge technology and still there is no sign of Wireless charging. The fingerprint scanner also gave a miss.

In the camera department, the OnePlus 6T comes with a new feature called Nightscape which is an advanced HDR night mode that helps to take better portrait in Night Mode while reducing noise and motion blur, while the OnePlus 6T have similar camera specs featured in the OnePlus 6 – 20MP+16MP cameras on the rear and a 16MP selfie camera sensor.

Additionally, OnePlus has entered into partnerships carrier like T-Mobile also with the Texans from Qualcomm and become the third-largest customer after Samsung and LG. The new partnership will definitely take up the sale to the new heights. The International pricing starts at $549 while Indian pricing is yet to announce.
